Our chocolate experience sessions are a hands on session run over a day. The morning is about getting to grips with the basic chocolate techniques of tempering, moulding and truffle making. We\\'ll stop for lunch then in the afternoon we will put our morning endevours into practice when everyone will have a go at making their own chocolates, designing individual centres, and creating a distinctive final presentation.
Price is £75 including presentation voucher and lunch...
